1. REQUEST A PRICE QUOTE
Click on link above to complete our on-line request form or to contact us with any
questions you may have. Please describe the items you want - including sizes, color combinations, embroidery
and any special instructions or requests. We will need your address in order to provide accurate shipping
charges. We will promptly return a price quote listing all charges for your order including shipping & sales
tax (if applicable).
We do not maintain an inventory of ready made items. Our products are cut, sewn
and specially customized for each individual. Accordingly, no returns or exchanges are permitted
except for a defect in the product*. Please check your price quote carefully to make sure all details, including
sizes, color combinations, embroidery details and any special instructions are correct. We will gladly assist you in
selecting the appropriate size and in finalizing any other details you may have questions about before finalizing your order.
STEP 2: PAYMENT
Payment methods: Pay Pal, credit card, check or money order.
If you wish to
proceed with your order, please advise which method is most convenient and we will forward the necessary instructions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be processed upon receipt
of full payment in the order in which they are received. Most orders will be completed within two to
four weeks. This does not include shipping time. We will provide an estimated shipment
date in your price quote. If you are placing an order for a gift or special occasion, please allow at least 4-5
weeks turnaround time to allow sufficient delivery time by your deadline.
